Baby It's Cold Outside

Here's what's been going on since the last post. There aren't pictures at the moment because I unexpectedly was forced to restore my itouch which held all associated pictures with this post, but there will be some with the next one that go with this one too. :)

1. Save the dates have been sent out (not to everyone, but they were made for a lot of people. If you didn't receive one, but know you're invited just ask because it's sitting in my dining room right now).

2. Invitations for the "A-list" people (aka family and close friends) were made during break (a huge thanks to Jacob, Josh, Allyssa, and Mrs. McClain for helping with that). They were also sent out when I got back from Mexico and received shortly after that by those who got one.

3. I will hopefully be starting the rest of the invitations this week as I will have quite a bit of free time because classes are online and I was not scheduled at Steins. Those won't get sent out till probably the second week of March or so.

4. I decided on table decorations finally. I ordered 60 vases and 60 bags of stones and 60 flowers from the dollar store and Steins. Those should be here within the next week to week and a half. I won't say exactly what I will be doing because then there is no surprise so I'll leave it up to your imaginations. :)

5. We did book the photographer officially after the last post was made. It was more than I would have liked, but you only get married once right?

6. I officially signed the papers on our condo as well on January 3rd. It's located in Menomonee Falls and it certainly is a nice place. We will have to take some wallpaper down and paint some walls instead, replace one of the bathroom's carpeting with tile and quite possibly the kitchen too, replace the chandelier and the door knocker which currently says "Mary's Place." At some point we'll probably replace the 2 blue toilets and the blue bathtub, but we probably won't have money to do that right away. Besides all that it is very livable and nothing NEEDS to be done to it. :)

So for now that's pretty much all that's new. I might get around to doing more this week, but we'll just see what life brings. :)
